Sober morning, Sober breakfast!
An average liver can process approximately 1 unit of alcohol per hour (normally, this depends on body weight, what you have for a drink last night, etc). This means that if you drink 12 units, it'll take you roughly 12 hours to fully sober up.
Since I don't want to use the facts above and to calculate the hours to fully sober up, I stopped drinking. And from reading Google articles "How to sober up quickly" to "What can you eat to sober up from alcohol", I moved to "Stop drinking and enjoy your breakfast".
Drinking alcohol, you forgat how tasty the food could be, and you didn't have enough energy to prepare something special for yourself and the people you love on Sunday morning.
Here is an idea for Sunday breakfast.
2 small pcs of yellow cheese
Mix the eggs with a fork (as our grandparents did). Make it fast in order whites and yolks to mix. Don't forget to add salt (and this is on you, whether you like it to be more or less salty). Take the sausage and cut it in slices. Add the slices into the eggs (for those who don't want sausage, you can add spinach instead it is equally tasty). Take the yellow cheese, cut it into small slices and add it to the mixture (this adds special taste since the cheese melts on the heat).
Take a pan and put it on the stove. Put a little oil in the pan and wait a minute. Then add the mixture. After you see it is yellow on the one side, flip it on the other. This won't take longer than 15 minutes in total.
And here it is, your Sober Breakfast prepared all by yourself. Add tomatoes in the plate if you want to!
Cheers with fresh squizzed orange juice on this Sober Sunday!
